Introduction
The Office of the Local Civil Registrar, San Roque, Northern Samar celebrates February 2021 Civil Registration Month with this year’s theme “Strengthening Civil Registration and Vital statistics’ Digital information: The ways to Manage the New Normal”.
Though Covid 19 pandemic affects our day to day transactions, our Mass wedding and Mobile registration was postponed but other alternative activities was done by this office
This office conducted series of activities from February 1-28, 2021. Activities includes the conduct of information and dissemination on Civil Registry Matters to a barangay, free birth registration for walk-in clients, hanging of streamer and other activities.
A launching activity via Zoom was conducted on February 3, 2021 at PSA office, Catarman, Northern Samar followed by a workshop on Infographics and two-day Virtual Seminar via Zoom on February 4-5, 2021.
The one month celebration was ended by an assessments, discussion and a culminating activity that was held in Palapag, Northern Samar.

 Our office with the support of our Mayor Don L Abalon received three Certificates from Philippine Statistics Authority, Catarman to wit: Timely submission on Civil Registry Documents- TIMELINESS CATEGORY Timely submission on Civil Registry Documents- QUALITY CATEGORY Best in INFOGRAPHICS Presentation for Municipal Vital Statistics and Civil Registration Data

- Mun. Form No. 103 (Certificate of Death) -49 documents
- Mun. Form No. 97 (Certificate of Marriage) – 110 documents
- Legal instruments – 83 documents
- Application for Marriage License – 11 documents
- Petitions RA9048/Ra10172 – 3 petitions
2. Issued authentications, certifications/certificate of registrations, Attestations and endorsed documents to PSA.
3. Prepare and submit monthly report to the Civil Registrar General, Manila.
MASS WEDDING WILL HOPEFULLY PUSH THROUGH ON FEBRUARY 2021 AND FREE MOBILE REGISTRATIONS TO DIFFERENT BARANGAYS OF SAN ROQUE.
