MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT SIGNING FOR NEW POWER SUBSTATION IN SAN ROQUE, NORTHERN SAMAR.

NORSAMELCO General Manager, Engr. Hector Tabilisma and San Roque Municipal Mayor Don L Abalon signed a Memorandum of Agreement that will lead to establishment of a new power substation in San Roque, Northern Samar, and the signing was witnessed by Provincial Legal Officer, Atty. Rosa Leah Estudillo, Vice Mayor Deodato Bantilo, SB Members Jocelyn Curso, Feddie Jarito, Hilario Acebuche, Ethel Ramirez, Solidad Cagro, Alvin Lagrimas, Jincky Cisneros and SK Municipal Federation President Ness-Lei Lagrimas. The power substation will be established on a property owned by the LGU.
