San Roque 1st in the Province to Institutionalized the Youth Leadership Seminar and Peace Caravan

San Roque Northern Samar, under the leadership of Former Spokesperson and Northern Samar Mayor’s League President Mayor Don Abalon is the first municipality in the province to pass and approve the institutionalization and conduct of the Peace Caravan, which brings all the basic services of the local government to the far-flung barangays. It will also uphold the conduct of a Youth Leadership Seminar for Peace every summer, this aims to instill discipline to the youth to be come good future leaders. at the Kibio Conference Hall during the MDC/Municipal Peace and Order Council meetingo on Sept. 3, 2019 with the new set of local officials.
