San Roque Municipal Govt eBPLS-Cloud Launching ” The 1st Municipality to adopt the e-BPLS – Cloud of DICT in the entire Region 6, 7 & 8.”
The Business Permits and Licensing Office of the Municipality of San Roque, Northern Samar under the leadership of Mayor Don L Abalon proudly launched its cloud-based Online Electronic Business Permits and Licensing System (eBPLS) last February 7, 2019 at the San Roque Municipal Multi-Purpose Hall.

San Roque, is the FIRST municipality in the entire Region 6, 7 & 8 to launch and one of the pilot LGUs in the country to implement eBPLS provided by the DICT in partnership with the DILG and DTI. The online system helped speed up the process of business permits.
