BA-HAI Falls

This magnificent and wonderful falls was discovered after it was seen by a passenger of a helicopter passing in the area. It is located in the deep forest of Barangay Ginagdanan. People who are interested to see BA-HAI FALLS will have to travel about 13 kilometers from the Poblacion to Barangay Ginagdanan and trek another 2 kilometers from the Barangay before reaching this nature’s wonder.

LGU SAN ROQUE: APPROVAL OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE OF CENTRALIZED ISSUANCE OF BARANGAY CLEARANCE

Mayor Don L Abalon approve the Municipal Ordinance No. 100 Series of 2020, An Ordinance prescribing the Centralized issuance of Barangay Clearance and the collection of the corresponding barangay clearance fee by the Municipal Government of San Roque-Northern Samar, in the application for any business related transactions, in compliance with RA 11032 Ease of Doing Business.

DTI DISTRIBUTION OF LIVELIHOOD KITS to the 32 Beneficiaries of San Roque.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Northern Samar Provincial Office, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of San Roque headed by Mayor Don L Abalon thru the Municipal Business Processing Office spearheaded the DISTRIBUTION OF LIVELIHOOD KITS to the 32 Identified Beneficiaries of Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB) in the municipality yesterday October 15,2020 at Municipal Multi-Purpose Hall.

Each of the identified 32 beneficiaries (sari-sari store owners) by the DTI received a Livelihood Kit worth 5,000 pesos grocery items handed by DTI Northern Samar Provincial Office Provincial Director Mimosa B. Regis, Gil C. Salor, Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist (STIDS), Amelia G. Roma, Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist (STIDS), Ralph E. Delizon, Trade and Industry Development Specialist (TIDS), Jalyn L. Gorpido, Negosyo Center Business Counselor (NCBC) assisted by the MBPLO headed by Rochelle M. Baluyot.

This initiative is a joint effort of DTI and LGU to aid the small business owners due to Covid 19 pandemic.

“Dream of your dreams, Live in your dreams and Act on your dreams.” – Mayor Don L Abalon message to 214 Benefeciary of “One Family, One College Graduate, One Gainfully Employed” Program.
The distribution held today July 9, 2020. This program is providing educational assistance to identified indigent college students from families that do not have yet a member who has graduated from college.
Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Mary Ann Avalon, and Sangguniang Bayan Members; Ethel Ramirez, Jincky Cisneros, Dante Tan, Hilario Acebuche, Alvin Lagrimas and Carmela Bantilo MSWDO were present during the distribution.

LGU SAN ROQUE: MDRRMC MEETING FOR PREPAREDNESS OF “TYPHOON AMBO”.

MDRRMO conduct a meeting with the MDRRM Council and IAWGTF for measures and responses for the incoming “Typhoon Ambo” lead by Mayor Don L Abalon.
